Corporate overview

Listed on the Mainboard of Singapore Exchange since 2003, GSH Corporation is a growing property developer in Southeast Asia, with properties under development in Malaysia and China.

Its hospitality segment includes the Sutera Harbour Resort in Kota Kinabalu, which the Group owns and operates, comprising two five-star hotels with a total of 1,000 rooms and the idyllic Sutera@Mantanani Resort on the Mantanani Islands in Sabah which has 70 luxury villas. In China, the Group owns the 200-room New World Chongqing Hotel which is managed by New World® Hotels & Resorts, an upper-upscale hotel brand of Rosewood Hotel Group.

Its residential portfolio includes the 1,600-unit Yuhu Singapore International Gardens in Bishan District near Chongqing and 460-unit seafront development of Coral Bay in Kota Kinabalu.

MAR 2017	Acquired a 30% stake in Henan Zhongyuan Group - one of the largest food logistics and warehousing hubs in China
JUL 2017	Divestment of GSH Plaza
APR 2018	Acquisition of a 50% stake in Aspirasi Kukuh Sdn Bhd which owns 1.4 ha of prime land in Kuala Lumpur’s Chinatown.
MAY 2018	Sales launch of Coral Bay in Kota Kinabalu.
DEC 2018	Acquired Viva Mantanani Resort, which was rebranded as Sutera@Mantanani.
DEC 2019	Awarded government tender for 270,818 square metres of prime land in the heart of Bishan district in Chongqing.
JUL 2020	Groundbreaking of luxury residential and hotel project in Chongqing, China.
SEP 2020	Divestment of Henan Zhongyuan Group.
DEC 2020	Added 40 villas at Sutera@Mantanani Island Resort & SPA.
OCT 2021	Eaton Residences project received its Certificate of Practical Completion.
OCT 2021	Launched the sales of commercial villas and luxury residential units in Bishan, Chongqing.
NOV 2023	Official launch of Eaton Residences by Sutera@KLCC comprising of service apartment located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur city.
JUN 2024	Official opening of New World Chongqing Hotel.
JUL 2024	Named “Best Luxury Developer” at PropertyGuru Asia Awards Malaysia. Coral Bay @ Sutera also won the “Best Waterfront High-Rise Development”.
